Every patient deserves a smile that they can be proud of. To that end, Rho Family Dentistry is excited to offer our new Whitening for Life Program to our patients.
What is the Whitening for Life Program at Rho Family Dentistry?
This program not only helps you keep your smile bright, but also healthy and happy. In short, with a one-time enrollment fee of $99, when you come to our office for your preventative hygiene or periodontal maintenance visit (which includes a regular check for decay, a complimentary oral cancer screening, as well as a cleaning), Rho Family Dentistry will provide you with a custom fitted professional whitening tray and two (2) whitening syringes. Then, when you come to visit us for your regular preventative hygiene maintenance visit, (generally 2 – 4 times a year), we will supply you with one (1) whitening syringe (up to two (2) whitening syringes per calendar year) at no cost to you.
For New Patients| 1. |
First, we would like to see you for an initial new patient exam, cleaning, x-rays, and complimentary oral cancer screening. Call (916) 562-2755 for an appointment.

Once you are cleared as having clean and healthy teeth, you have the option to enroll in our Whitening for Life Program. For a one-time enrollment fee of $99.00 (over $200 + savings) that covers the cost of materials, we will provide you with custom fitted professional whitening trays.

When you come in for your regular preventative hygiene or periodontal maintenance visit (generally 2 – 4 times a year), we will supply you with one (1) whitening syringe each visit (up to two (2) whitening syringes per year) at no cost to you. |
For Existing Patients:| 1. |
If you have already had whitening done in our office and already have whitening trays, you may enroll in our new Whitening for Life Program at no cost to you. Then, as you come in for your regular preventative hygiene or periodontal maintenance visit, we will supply you with one (1) whitening syringe each visit (up to two (2) whitening syringes per year) at no cost to you.

Then, as you come in for your regular preventative hygiene or periodontal maintenance visit (generally 2 – 4 times a year), we will supply you with one (1) whitening syringe (up to two (2) whitening syringes per calendar year) at no cost to you. |
Other Eligibility Requirements
We pride ourselves on the smiles that leave our office. We also pride ourselves in knowing our patients are maintain the best possible oral health and are proud of their smiles. Therefore, to be eligible for this program, minimum gum and teeth health are required to receive professional whitening in order to prevent complications that may arise with unhealthy teeth and gums:| • |
Must be 18 years old, not pregnant or nursing

Keep appointments for regular schedule cleaning or periodontal maintenance visits

Do not have active untreated gum disease, decay, root sensitivity, oral cancer, etc.

All accounts must be current (no outstanding bills)

Provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to postpone or change your appointment |
Rho Family Dentistry has the right to refuse the offer if deemed necessary based on patient health conditions, misuse, abuse, or any other factor deemed necessary to void the offer. We also reserve the right to change the product type, amount, frequency of distribution, and terms of agreements for any necessary reasons. Finally, please note that lost of destroyed applicator trays will be replaced at your cost. Extra whitening syringes are available for purchase. |
